Cindy Sumrall is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of infusion experience. As Chief Clinical Officer at Paragon Healthcare, Cindy oversaw 19 pharmacies (specialty and core home infusion), 44 infusion centers, 5 home health agencies, and 5 physician suite sites—driving quality improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. Cindy spearheaded initiatives that achieved ACHC and URAC accreditations, led a supply review and pump project saving $2M, and expanded clinical programs including home health licensure across Texas, Tennessee and innovative Home Infusion Nursing programs in Georgia and Alabama. She has experience with creation and management of policy and procedures, development of clinical programs such as nutrition, oncology and hemophilia.
